Steve Crane night - January 20th 2018

Steve Crane presents a Winter Banquet.

£40 each

As head chef of the idyllic Ockenden Manor in the countryside of Sussex, chef Stephen Crane cooks refined, French-influenced food, and given his pedigree, that’s no great surprise.

As the former senior sous chef at celebrity hangout The Halcyon Hotel and long-time head chef of London’s The Spread Eagle, you wouldn’t be shocked to find him in the Balcombe Club cooking us a fantastic menu.
